You may use ECHOES for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service (e.g., harassment, spam, illegal content, bypassing security or accessibility features). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create in ECHOES. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content.
4. Our service
We strive to keep ECHOES available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change features, pricing, or these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ECHOES and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
